Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 24 hours.
Our online shop offers Merchandise and Gift Cards. Eyewear and prescription lens orders are arranged in-store; the team will explain preparation and collection arrangements when you visit.
A tracking number will be provided at dispatch.
Delivery
All online orders are dispatched FREE OF CHARGE via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Services (alternative method offered if strike action). You should therefore receive your order within 1-2 business days.
International Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Services or UPS and incurs a charge of £25.00. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
