Refund policy

On the rare occasion that you do not love your new glasses, or if you have a concern with your purchase then please contact us at info@myglassesshop.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the package.

To ensure a smooth and fast exchange/refund then please state the following in your email request:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Reason for return
  • Resolution: Please state whether you would like an exchange or refund.

We will respond within 24 hours to authorise the return and issue a returns shipping label.

Please ensure the item is returned unworn, with all original packaging, warranty cards and tags (if any) otherwise the return will not be accepted.
