Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 24 hours.
For prescription orders please allow one week after order has been placed.
A tracking number will be provided at dispatch.
All online orders are dispatched FREE OF CHARGE via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Services (alternative method offered if strike action). You should therefore receive your order within 1-2 business days.
International Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Services or UPS and incurs a charge of £25.00. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
